Rental Car Suggestions
Tricolor Rental Provided us with a 4 wheel drive SUV for
about $100 less per week than any of the US based car rental companies.
You definitely need a 4 wheel drive SUV if you want to explore the
northern portion of the country.

Activity Suggestions
Surfing: We took surfing lessons in Jacob. This was
one of the few activities that made sense since it poured the entire time
that we were in the country. Surfing in the rain was fun. We paid about
$30 for a three hour lesson.
Hiking: We hiked around one of the volcanoes.
