Although it is not required, I suggest that you use a guide to help you climb Mt. Kenya. Mt. Kenya is a beautiful mountain with spectacular views of the Kenyan country side. The climb is not as difficult as Mt. Kilimanjaro. However, we appreciated having Wilson Njeru Edwards as our guide. He successfully leads his clients to their goal 98% of the time.
